Billing moved to Paddle

I switched billing from Stripe to Paddle, so checkout and subscription management run through Paddle. Pricing references were updated to $25 and the billing flow for free accounts was fixed. Over the next two days I cleaned out empty and test accounts and set up Soundlink-branded sign-in emails.
